Mazmaz narration started with the establishment of the first industrial factory for the production of chips in Iran in 1370. The first reason that Mazmuz entered the industry was the main concern of the founder of Mazmuz, about the harms of producing chips in the traditional way, which was produced in unhygienic pots and pans. Oil was used in frying potato leaves, which produced fatty acids and reached the point of smoke, the first developer of many diseases! The Ministry of Health was also concerned about the health of consumers of these products and was aware of the consequences.

This is how Mazmuz came up with the idea of ​​a healthy production of an important product in the source of nutrition and the enjoyment of a safe chips. For the first time produced healthy chips. But that was not all, the first challenge was where to get the right potatoes. Because farmers did not have access to the right seeds to produce chips, and the available potato seeds did not produce a good crop! As a result, new seeds were introduced that improved the region’s agriculture with a positive change. A large value chain from farms to production was created during the thirty years of Mazmuz activity that we are familiar with.
